Located on Cours Berriat, in one of Grenoble’s liveliest neighbourhoods, Le Bellini opened its doors in December 2025, immediately establishing itself as a new must-visit destination for Italian cuisine. To furnish the dining room, Charles-Henri Ducret-Chavant, the restaurant’s founder, called upon the artisanal excellence of Maison Collinet, selecting pieces that embody the elegance and modernity of the establishment.

Le Bellini, a new venue in Grenoble brimming with character

Le Bellini was born from the vision of Charles-Henri Ducret-Chavant, heir to a family that has been cultivating the art of hospitality in the Grenoble region since 1852. A true lover of his region, he now runs a group of establishments united under the Ducret-Chavant banner, including two 4-star hotels and five restaurants, amongst which are the Brasseries Chavant and the gourmet restaurant in Bresson. With Le Bellini, he celebrates a vibrant, elegant and generous Italy, brought to life by the cuisine of chef Franco Roméo.
