Wood & metal finishes

Wood species and metal elements are carefully crafted, then stained or treated in a wide range of finishes. From natural tones that reveal the warmth and grain of the wood to deeper shades that add character and elegance, each choice brings a unique personality to the piece. Patinas—whether matte for timeless sobriety or glossy for refined brilliance—blend harmoniously with the texture and sheen of the metal. Thus, every detail, from the grain of a panel to the shine of a rivet, contributes to creating a cohesive, refined, and fully personalized whole.

Upholstery: endless possibilities

Publisher fabrics

Have you spotted a specific fabric from a textile editor? Whether it’s refined velvet, textured jacquard, or contemporary linen, simply provide us with the exact reference of the model. Thanks to our close collaboration with leading textile publishing houses, our workshops are able to work with precision and high standards across all types of premium fabrics. We put our artisanal expertise at the service of your project, enhancing each material and ensuring impeccable finishes that perfectly meet your aesthetic and technical expectations.

Client-supplied fabrics

Do you already have your own fabric or upholstery? Our teams can upholster your seating, armchairs, banquettes, or headboards using the materials you provide, ensuring perfect continuity with your decorative universe. This bespoke service allows you to fully integrate our furniture into your interior design scheme, while respecting your choices of materials, textures, and colors. Before any production begins, we assess together the technical compatibility of the fabric with the selected model, ensuring a result that meets your highest standards of comfort, durability, and safety.

Aquaclean®

Textile innovation, water-based care, and sustainable commitment

Aquaclean® technology, developed in Spain, is based on cutting-edge textile innovation: each fiber is coated with an invisible nanometric layer integrated directly during the weaving process. This hydrophobic barrier prevents liquids, grease, and pigments from penetrating the fabric, making it possible to remove most stains with a simple damp cloth—without altering either the color or the feel of the textile. The result is simplified water-based maintenance, free from detergents, preserving the original appearance of upholstered furniture.

Since 2019, all Aquaclean® references have also incorporated Safe Front®, an antimicrobial treatment based on zinc pyrithione. Certified according to ISO 20743:2013, it eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and dust mites, contributing to improved indoor air quality and allergy prevention, while remaining active throughout the entire lifespan of the furniture.

From an environmental standpoint, cold-water cleaning without chemical products reduces the carbon footprint, while the durability of the fabrics extends furniture lifespan, thereby lowering overall resource consumption.

As part of a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, Aquaclean® represents a comprehensive approach: fewer chemical cleaning products, reduced water and energy consumption, improved indoor air quality, and a significant extension of product lifespan. Combined with FSC®- or PEFC-certified wood structures and European production with a reduced logistical footprint, this solution fits perfectly within an eco-design approach. To highlight this commitment on your website, include a water-cleaning tutorial, the MADE IN GREEN certification, and a reminder of the savings generated with each use.

Crypton®

High-performance textiles, hospital-grade hygiene, and eco-responsibility

A North American benchmark for over thirty years, Crypton® embodies excellence in high-performance upholstery textiles. Its patented technology encapsulates each fiber in a “repel-and-release” formulation that repels stains and makes them easy to remove. For fabrics intended for contract or medical use, a waterproof yet breathable membrane laminated to the backing prevents liquids from migrating into the foam, ensuring long-lasting protection of the padding. The result: water, oil, or wine beads on the surface, and simple sponge cleaning is sufficient—without compromising the fabric’s hand or color, even after repeated maintenance.

Thanks to its pressure-resistant membrane, Crypton® is currently the only upholstery textile recognized by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) as a disinfectant. When used in combination with Crypton Disinfectant & Deodorizer, it withstands hospital-grade sanitation protocols without any loss of performance—an essential advantage for the healthcare, hospitality, and foodservice sectors.

From an environmental standpoint, Crypton® relies on strong certifications: GREENGUARD Gold, Healthier Hospitals, Living Building Challenge Red List, California Proposition 65, and Mindful Materials. These labels attest to compliance with the most stringent health and sustainability standards, facilitating adoption in hospitality venues, hospitals, schools, and CSR-driven commercial buildings.

All treatments are carried out in Crypton’s own facilities in Cliffside, North Carolina, where 100% of fabric offcuts are recycled into padding felt and water is conserved through a closed-loop system. Powered by renewable energy certificates, this eco-responsible production—combined with the extended lifespan of the fabric—significantly reduces the carbon footprint of a sofa or armchair, especially when paired with FSC®- or PEFC-certified structures.

Upholstery foams

Comfort, certifications, and international compliance

Our upholstery foams are developed in partnership with a French supplier certified CTB Furniture Components, a label awarded by the FCBA following annual audits. This certification guarantees mechanical consistency, metrological monitoring, and formulation regularity of the foam blocks—three essential criteria for durable and reliable indoor furniture.

To meet the comfort requirements of sofas, armchairs, and other seating, our range includes standard polyether foams for low-use areas, high-resilience (HR) foams for seating surfaces, and modified CMHR formulations for markets subject to enhanced safety standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous characterization in accordance with ISO standards: ISO 845 (density), ISO 2439 (hardness), ISO 3386-1 (compression resistance), and ISO 1856 (compression set).

These tests ensure durability, elasticity, and long-lasting comfort even after thousands of use cycles.

From a health and environmental standpoint, our foams stand out for their rare combination of safety certifications: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 (skin safety), HYG-CEN (biocompatibility), LGA Quality (controlled emissions and odors), strict compliance with the REACH regulation, and GMO screening.

We also adhere to the CertiPUR® program, which limits total VOC emissions to less than 0.5 mg/m³ and excludes heavy metals, phthalates, and halogenated flame retardants—thereby contributing to improved indoor air quality in both residential and commercial environments.

In terms of fire safety, our supply network enables us to offer foams compliant with the main international standards: EN 1021 Parts 1 & 2 (Europe), M4 (France), IMO 652 (maritime industry), California TB 117 (United States), UNI 9175 (Italy), and BS 5852 Crib 5 (UK contract).

This comprehensive regulatory coverage makes it easier to manufacture bespoke furniture for the hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice sectors, with no aesthetic compromise—regardless of the destination country.
