This lively gastronomic venue was designed as an elegant Art Nouveau setting, with particular attention paid to every detail. To create this unique ambiance, owners Tabata & Ludovic Mey called on architect Nathalie Rives, who chose French craftsmanship by drawing on the experience and creativity of Maison Collinet, creating a perfect harmony between comfort, aesthetics, and quality.
Collinet, a distinguished guest for an ambitious project
The Gondole chair provides a comfortable seating experience with its clean lines and piped finish. It invites guests to relax, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The robustness of solid wood guarantees durability, an essential criteria for a high-traffic establishment. The design, both modern and timeless, is perfectly in line with Nathalie Rives' vision. The choice of upholstery and colors has been meticulously studied for a tailor-made result, blending with the brasserie's new decor, thus creating a coherent and refined visual signature.
