The renovation of the restaurant, brasserie, and wine cellar was undertaken by interior designer Elizabeth Purssel (Hannah Elisabeth Interior Design Agency). The dining room furniture was chosen from the wide range of customizable options offered by Maison Collinet. The first impression of the gourmet dining room is that of a contemporary art gallery. The light fixtures are integrated into the ceiling in elegant, rounded lines. The walls and furniture were selected in black and white, with the exception of the brown parquet flooring, the artwork, and the shelves decorated with objects that add a few touches of color to this interior space.The modern style of the room is complemented by designer furniture from a professional furniture manufacturer. The Sphère designer chair is paired with the Hypsos bridge with armrests and the Opéra chair, around a table topped with a white tablecloth. From the wide range of colors available for the upholstery and solid beech frames, the designers chose black and white to complement and enhance the aesthetic and ergonomic layout of the space.

The brasserie area welcomes you with a darker decor, offering a lounge-style, comfortable atmosphere with its designer bar, high chairs, and banquettes. Here again, the architects opted for sober colors, clean lines, and original lighting. The seats and backs of the restaurant chairs combine solid wood structures and white upholstery to match the wooden table tops and taupe-colored benches. The overall effect is convivial, in a bistro style. The restaurant's cellar is open to the dining room through large bay windows, inviting guests to sample the wines. The establishment's furnishings are meticulously finished, with the designers paying attention to every detail to create a modern, cozy, and ergonomic space.

The two dining areas in this designer restaurant are every bit as good as those found in professional restaurants.
