Le Tém in Nancy: the new restaurant on Grande-Rue

Today, we introduce you to the new restaurant of Jean-Jacques Bonnet, a leading figure in Nancy’s gastronomy. Named Le Tém (short for Téméraire, the former restaurant it replaced) and located on Grande-Rue in the heart of Nancy, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine in a unique setting.

Fully renovated, Lorraine design is highlighted, enhanced by Nancy-based architect Xavier Géant of Studiolada. The restaurant’s furniture, including banquettes, oak tables, and chairs, is made by Maison Collinet, all entirely custom-designed for this exceptional establishment. As for the lighting, it is signed by a contemporary designer.
