Château de Ferrières

In the two restaurants of the Château of Ferrières-en-Brie in France, you will be able to enjoy the pinnacle of French refinement and luxury. At "Le Baron" and "Le Chai", you will be able to spend exceptionnal moments in a timeless atmosphere, with at its head Chef Patrick Juhel, winner of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition.

Furthermore, a high-class hotel management school named "Ferrières" was inaugurated inside the castle in September 2015. It aims to become the world reference for French Excellence.

The first restaurant, Le Baron, celebrates French savoir-faire with a high end, creative cuisine and an exceptionnal service: a true exemple of French excellence.
The second, Le Chai, will allow you to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with an authentic cuisine that is a perfect match with its fine wine selection.

The decoration and furnishing arrangement of the different rooms was created by the decorating firm Pierre-Yves Rochon, specialised in interior decorating for luxury hotels. The final touches were put by Collinet with its white Gayac and Cosmos armchairs in a regal blue.
