The Burdigala restaurant offers a gourmet journey through the flavors of southwestern France, from duck magret to lamprey and foie gras. The chef skillfully blends traditional recipes with modern touches, creating a culinary experience that delights the senses. Mirroring this approach, the restaurant’s elegant atmosphere combines straight lines and curves with retro patterns on the floor and Collinet seating, beautifully highlighted by natural light streaming through the central glass roof. For moments of leisure with friends, the Bacchus Bar lounge provides a truly exceptional ambiance. Its chic décor, enhanced by a 1920s-inspired mural, transports visitors to another era. The comfort of Collinet Scala armchairs and Kleber stools perfectly complements the soft, elegant color palette, ensuring a stylish and relaxing experience.

The renovation of the Burdigala restaurant and Bacchus Bar was carried out by Maison Numéro 20 – Rive Gauche, a Parisian interior design firm led by designer Oscar Ono, known for bold, high-end projects for apartments, hotels, and restaurants in France and abroad. Collinet contributed to the project by emphasizing the refined choices in furniture, blending design, comfort, and elegance.
