The restaurant is now adorned with some of Collinet's finest references, embodying the excellence of French craftsmanship. Each creation is a unique piece for the hotel and restaurant trade, reflecting exceptional craftsmanship and impeccable quality.

From the Albert 1^er sofa and the Felix II banquette to the Mona Lisa chair and the Vita armchair, each creation is the result of a meticulous selection of noble materials: beech, combined with high-end fabrics chosen for their comfort and texture. The sleek, modern lines of the Elo and Edulo tables illustrate Collinet's ability to surpass itself to be ever more innovative.
