LaCorniche, the Vosges setting enhanced by Collinet
Nov 11, 2025The Art of Collinet Furniture
At LaCorniche, in the heart of a 12-acres natural setting dedicated to relaxation, Collinet furnishings combine cabinetmaking tradition and contemporary precision to enhance every reception area, brasserie, and restaurant. The Soon chair features an elegant oval silhouette supported by a customizable beechwood frame, while its carefully crafted upholstery ensures both firm and generous seating — ideal for lasting comfort in hospitality settings.
The Jo chair and Robin bridge chair embody clean lines and balanced volumes, providing a harmonious reading of spaces from breakfast to cocktail hour, with welcoming proportions and ergonomics designed for fluid service.
In the lounge area, the Betty armchair, Betty sofa, and Betty pouffe create intimate alcoves where dense foam and taut fabrics offer an enveloping comfort, inviting both conversation and quiet contemplation of the shores. This collection highlights mastery in joinery, the nobility of wood species, and the precision of stitching — hallmarks of Collinet’s craftsmanship since 1887.
The Pion, Tripode, and Nox tables punctuate spaces with their sculptural bases and refined tops, balancing Belle Époque spirit with discreet modernity. The attention given to finishes - stains, varnishes, and veneers - ensures perfect chromatic harmony with LaCorniche’s mineral and wooden palette, creating a unified aesthetic.
This cohesive staging was directed by Romy – RB ArtDéco, whose signature blends functional elegance with a sensitive narrative of place, revealing interior architecture through expressive yet measured furniture design. The result is a welcoming, precise, and fluid design that celebrates craftsmanship and landscape alike.
LaCorniche, between lake and forest
In this timeless atmosphere, the brasserie and restaurant cultivate a serene elegance — gentle rhythms, warm materials, clean lines, and carefully tuned acoustics that capture the moment from dawn to dusk. LaCorniche thus becomes the perfect stage where Collinet furniture and RB ArtDéco’s vision compose an art of living deeply rooted in its surroundings.
